Plus, we delivered strategic product marketing assets to fuel Polkadot’s business development efforts and showed up big at Consensus 2025 in Toronto and Permissionless NYC. When you combine killer strategy with authentic energy, magic happens.
Some of the key initiatives we delivered this quarter.
In May, we soft-launched unlockpolkadot.com, an onboarding experience for new users in Polkadot and rolled it out with a Heroic Tournament and at Consensus 2025 in Toronto. So far, the platform has gathered over 1,400 registrants, over 750 NFT mints, and has started enabling new wallet creations and onboarding DAO members. More to come in Q3 as we expand the platform to support cross-ecosystem campaigns and microlearning.
Consensus Toronto: 1,500+ booth visitors, 631 onboarding registrations (126% of target), 56.9 M social impressions. The claw machine dispensing DOT tokens was a hit—and a bridge between complex technology and human curiosity. Read our forum post and our full report here.
Permissionless NYC: 338+ Gaming Night registrations, 229K+ organic social impressions, 1 influential PR brunch. Turns out, people still like talking to humans. Once again, our iconic claw machine made a comeback, this time not only with DOT tokens but also a combination of InterMiami and Heroic jerseys, Pudgy Penguin plushies, and NFL Rivals collectible helmets. Beyond campaign and event landing pages that convert, we shipped a Web3 Philosophy page and dedicated Hub, key metrics, and newsletter sign-up pages. Plus, the first batch of SEO-driven, long-form glossary pages for Polkadot newcomers. 18 blogs covering everything from DOT utility to AI agents in crypto driving 55, 175 views for the quarter, with the most popular blogs being CBDCs vs. Stablecoin: competing visions for digital currency and The rise of AI agents in crypto: how DeFAI is reshaping finance, alongside perpetual heavy hitters Polkadot 2.0: rebirth of a network and Web3 Funding playbook for builders, creators, and founders. We also released 5 Think Pink episodes featuring ecosystem projects, and 3 Decentralized Mic community calls. Newsletters hit 40%+ open rates, and search impressions were up 32%.
Media mentions of Polkadot climbed 20% over the previous 6 months, with overall reach up 60%, bolstered by support from international PR agency partners funded through the marketing-bounty in H1 2025 . Highlights include Dave Sedecca, Lead of Polkadot Capital Group, joining Jill Malandrino on Nasdaq TradeTalks. We also provided media training for 17 Polkadot Blockchain Academy members—multiplying our PR storytelling capacity across the ecosystem.
30% more content and community co-marketing activities drove significant growth across all platforms: 44K+ new X followers (putting us just ~10k away from our goal of 150K new followers in 2025), 110% Instagram growth (2,591 new followers), and 52% more LinkedIn impressions with 38% more reactions.
Objective: Extend brand awareness efforts by helping users understand how Polkadot can benefit them, ultimately driving informed engagement and registrations to the Polkadot newsletter.
Work: Launched three persona-specific landing pages for Gamers, Retail Investors, and Crypto OGs, supported by targeted ads across multiple platforms, including newly added channels like Google and YouTube.

Battle-tested insights:
As culture hackers, we’re building meaningful moments that cut through a crowded space and connect people to what Polkadot stands for. The claw machine at Consensus brought people together, serving as a bridge between complex technology and human curiosity. The Gaming Night at Permissionless went beyond networking, recognizing that Web3's future gets built through authentic experiences rather than conference small talk.
Every campaign, every piece of content, every event activation is building toward the same goal: making Polkadot the obvious choice for the next wave of Web3 builders and users.
Our method? Clarity, connection, and community.
